Media

• New Comm Forum Podcasts ($1,000) - Five (5) Episodes are planned for recording on our way to and from the conference, where we will cover the various aspects of what people are talking about and any big ideas that come from the conference. While we intend to also includes some interviews and some other conversations from the conference, those are more impromptu based on the opportunities that present themselves. (Wednesday night coming home from the evening reception, Thursday morning, Thursday night, Friday morning and Friday evening.) Sponsorship will include intro and outro bumpers on the audio, as well as sponsorship mention in the text on the blog post.
• Community 2.0 Podcasts ($1,000) - Six (6) episodes are planned for this conference. (Sunday from the BBQ, Monday morning and evening, Tuesday morning and evening, and Wednesday following the CMMC discussion)
• Social Media Clubhouse Blog ($2,500) - At least 10 Blog posts (and most likely more) will be created for the Social Media Clubhouse site during the two conferences. Rather than making the site sponsorship for each conference, we think it is best to put the sponsorship dollars to the entire site for the week of our first ever Social Media Clubhouse. This not only includes a run of the site sponsorship during the week, but also a permanent sponsorship of the content in the archive. Of course, each podcast episode will also reside on this blog, so it should be a great opportunity - especially with some of the guest bloggers who will be helping out...

Events

• Thursday Night's Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Late Night ($1,000 for martinis and scotch, $750 for beer and wine) - We are working on a pool tournament and plan to have a late night party after SNCR's Fundraising dinner being held at Roy's at 7pm. The party will start at 10pm and run until about 1:30am. We plan to relax, play and create media together!
• Sunday Welcome to the Community BBQ ($1,500 for food, beer, wine, and more) - From 4pm till 8pm on Sunday night we will be hosting a party in the backyard, in addition to a screening of Casino, one of the all time great Las Vegas films. Afterwards there will be a Las Vegas trivia contest.
• Tuesday night CMMC Leaving Las Vegas Party ($2,500) - This party will be a little more upscale if we get the sponsorship. A portion of the sponsorship will go to the CMMC to help it get off the ground. Of course, we will be screening another great Las Vegas movie, Leaving Las Vegas and brainstorming ways to make CMMC (and hopefully SMC) strong forces for good within the communtiies we serve.

The Whole Shebang

• If you are interested in sponsoring the entire Social Media Clubhouse #1, or creating a package of media and events, we are of course willing to be flexible with various packages in terms of discounted rates. Our end goals are to 1) have a great time together, 2) produce great media and learn from each other, 3) cover our expenses for having to travel to Las Vegas 'on our own dime' and 4) to hopefully make a little money to move Social Media Club forward to provide more services and events like this for the Social Media Champions and Practitioners we serve.
• Remember, participation is marketing! While we would be happy to just have your sponsorship dollars, you won't get the most from what are doing together unless you are there to participate!
